The “Committee of 300” – A Terrible Future Described by John Coleman

If we talk about various options for the future, it is impossible not to mention John Coleman’s controversial book “The Committee of 300. Secrets of the World Government”. It was published in 1992. The writer calls himself a former employee of the British special services.

There, he talks about things that mere mortals are not supposed to know, such as that there is a group of bankers, industrialists, and tycoons who want to achieve world domination. Our future, according to this book, is far from cloudless.

However, Wikipedia believes that this conspiracy theory was invented back in 1912, its author is the German writer Theodor Frinch. To believe or not, in what John is talking about, you can read the book yourself if you wish, it is available in both printed and audio versions. We will cite only a few facts from this book, they are taken from the article in “Komsomolskaya Pravda”, as well as from the kontinent-mu.livejournal.com website (the article “The Committee of 300”) and from the ggalenko.ru website (the article “Excerpts from John Coleman’s book “The Committee of 300”).

Power is in the hands of a small number of people

Coleman is sure that the “Committee of 300” appeared around 1727, united by representatives of the English aristocracy. It is a secret, powerful organization that now includes the elite of Great Britain, the United States and other countries. They have one goal – world domination.

There is an article about this “Is there a secret government of Earth?” (2008) and in Komsomolskaya Pravda, this is what John Coleman wrote about this world elite:

“In the course of my career as a career British intelligence officer,” Coleman writes, “I have repeatedly gained access to highly classified documents whose contents have been extraordinarily revealing. I learned what kind of force controls and manages the governments of many countries. I was so outraged by this that I decided to tell about it to the world, which is in ignorance.

Imagine a powerful group that does not respect any national boundaries, including banking, insurance, coal mining, the drug trade, the oil industry, whose members are responsible only to the members of that group. This is the Committee of 300, the supreme controlling body that has ruled the world since 1897. Its backbone today is made up of 300 of the most influential people on the planet.”

Coleman claims that many influential organizations work for the Committee of 300, and the article lists some of them. What is this organization aiming for?

If the book is to be believed, they want to create a One World Government. Power will be transferred as in the Middle Ages, leaders will be chosen from the heirs of the oligarchs. The code of laws should also be uniform, its implementation should be monitored by the police belonging to the One World Government, the same laws will be forcibly implemented around the world, their implementation will be monitored by the military.

In the future, there will be no separate countries, at least they will not be separated by borders. All resources will be controlled only by the members of the Committee of 300, agriculture will also be in their hands, and they intend to control the production of food. From time to time, water and food shortages will be deliberately created so that people understand that they depend on the Committee of 300 for everything. Whoever revolts will be starved to death. Nuclear power plants and industry will be destroyed, and what remains will be under government control, and housing construction will also be restricted.

Wars will be deliberately fomented so that people will destroy each other under the supervision of the government, they will be organized on all the large continents. All media are also under the control of the World Government

What Will Happen to the Others

If all goes well, there will be no middle class left, only rulers and servants. The book says that by 2050, 4 billion people will be exterminated, who are called “useless eaters.” How was it supposed to be?

Organized epidemics of rapidly progressing deadly diseases, limited wars, famine. This is also necessary for the world population to reach a manageable level. If we are to believe what is written, 1 billion will remain, and of that 500 million are Chinese and Japanese, because they are used to unquestioningly obeying the authorities.

Each person will have their own identification number, all of which will be stored in a NATO computer along with a detailed dossier on the person. Cash will disappear, everyone will have debit cards. Violators will be punished by suspension of his card, the time depends on the severity of the offense. Blacklisting means that a person will not receive any products or services, and trying to sell, for example, old coins, is considered a crime for which the death penalty is imposed.

People will have to take mandatory drugs that “restore strength” and alter consciousness. They will also be added to food and drinking water. All of this is necessary for people to become controllable and easily obey orders.

Restrictions and prohibitions

If the book is to be believed, many restrictions and prohibitions will be imposed.

1. Faith. All Christian churches will be banned, and only one religion will remain, it has already existed secretly since 1920. At the same time, Satanism will not be banned, as well as black magic, on the contrary, all this will be studied in school.

2. Family. The marriage must be annulled. Children, of course, will be born, but they are going to be taken away from their parents at an early age and brought up in state institutions.

3. Restrictions on the number of children: no more than 2. If a woman becomes pregnant again, forced abortion and sterilization.

4. No mention of race, all these concepts will disappear, and national identity will be destroyed.

5. Doctors, dentists, medicines – all this is provided only with the special permission of regional controllers (they will be in every city and town).

6. No banks, except for one World Bank, all private banks are outlawed. Salaries also depend on the World Government, remuneration will be given according to a predetermined scale, one can only dream about an increase in wages, any deviations from the amounts due, this will be considered a violation of the law.

7. Possession of personal weapons is prohibited. Only the elite will have personal weapons, cars, and cash.

8. Tight control over the education system so that it breaks down over time. Children will receive an upbringing that will harden them.

All this seems disgusting, but such plots have been encountered more than once in science fiction writers. Something similar is described by Aldous Huxley in his book Brave New World. It also describes a single state, children are not born naturally, but are raised in special incubators and brought up without knowing what a family is. From birth, everyone knows who they will be, they are divided into 5 castes at the embryonic stage, from capable “alphas” to primitive “epsilons”. Everyone drinks soma, which solves the psychological problems that could arise in such a life. Yes, it’s all dystopia, fiction.

Aldous Huxley

But here’s what Wikipedia says about the writer and his novel:

As early as a letter dated November 24, 1945, to W. Ocampo, Huxley remarked that Brave New World was “terribly relevant at the moment, and shows all the signs (if we do not explode and fall to pieces in the meantime) to become a literal reality within the next two or three generations.”

In 1958, almost 30 years after the publication of the first book, Huxley published its nonfiction sequel, Brave New World Returned, in which he reflected on how close or distant our world had come from the one described in the novel 27 years earlier. Huxley concludes that we are moving toward the concept of a ‘brave world’ much faster than he imagined.

I would like to hope that science fiction will remain fiction, because such a picture of the world is not development, but degradation. But even if we assume that everything stated in Coleman’s book is true, as they say, “it is not harmful to want,” this does not mean that everything will go according to plan. There are also believers for whom such a picture of the world is unacceptable. But still, this information makes you think.
