When a person moves to another country at all, they become much more aware of cultural and social differences. Artist Yang Liu was born and raised in Beijing, but moved to Berlin a few years ago. She experienced the difference in cultures and realized that at some points there is a whole abyss between her homeland and Europe. This realization led her to a cool project, Ost trifft West: it is a set of illustrations-posters that depict the features of the West and the East.
